Jacqueline is head of the firm’s employment department in Scotland and practices in all areas of employment law acting for employers and employees.
She regularly advises on reorganisation, dismissal, discrimination, performance management, ill health absence, senior executive severance arrangements and contract and policy review. She is an experienced employment tribunal litigator, representing clients in employment tribunals.
Jacqueline is also an experienced employment law trainer and external speaker. Member of Employment Lawyers' Association and Scottish Discrimination Lawyers' Association and a Notary Public.
Advising clients on the transfer of approximately 400 employees under the service provision changes in TUPE.
Advising plc clients on the closure of premises in the UK, including collective redundancy consultation obligations with recognised trade unions and employee representatives.
Advising on senior executive termination arrangements for employers and employees in the financial and other sectors.
Jacqueline enjoys spending time with her family. She also likes cooking and running.
